I would just like to clear up a few things in response to the above comments

1. Ireland is not part or anything got to do with England so why compare these as 'their speakers', compare the US, Australia .. all the English speaking countries

2. We don't ever say ‘Top of the morning to you', that was from some American movie you've seen years ago, so in 2011, we have no response
