One-to-one General/Business

English Course in Sefton

It's no problem if you need to take English lessons specifically for personal use or to help with your career - our trainers mould the lesson plan to your precise needs.

While a General English course will provide you with enough linguistic ammunition to allow you to survive a short visit to the country (greetings, basic conversation and a solid grammatical foundation). A Business course in English will generally cover basic business etiquette in that language, and at a higher level, reading and writing in English.

Courses are, however, tailor-made - you cover in your lessons what you need to cover. Most students taking a Business English course will gain telephone and email expertise, as well as general conversation skills. In the same way, those taking a General course who may need more knowledge of a certain aspect of English need only request it from their teacher.

We have a wide range of Business course clients for a variety of needs; including people who are off to work for a foreign administration, people working in a corporation with overseas headquarters, and import/export specialists. General courses in English suit those hoping to emigrate to foreign shores, people with a view to travel to countries where English is the vernacular tongue, those with a keen interest in English culture and language, and people with foreign spouses.

Info about Sefton

Sefton is a borough of Merseyside on the west coast of the UK, founded in 1972, when the nearby boroughs and districts of Bootle, Southport, Crosby, Formby and Litherland were all merged - sparking controversy from the locals. However, there were bound to be a few dissidents in a 275,000-strong population, many of whom were happy as they were.

Since it is an amalgamation of previously-existing settlements, the demographics and cultural diversity of Sefton vary from area to area. While the population is mostly native to the UK shores, the cultural variety of Sefton as a whole makes it an excellent area in which to pick up a new language.
