ISO 9001:2000 Accreditation
Language Trainers has been been awarded the prestigious ISO9001:2000 accreditation for the quality of its management systems. After the implementation of a number of new improved procedures and an audit by the accreditation team, the award was given. The objectives of the audit were to confirm that the management system of Language Trainers conforms with all the requirements of ISO9001:2000, to confirm that Language Trainers has effectively implemented the planned management system, and to confirm that the management system is capable of achieving the organisation's quality objectives. Language Trainers' accreditation was carried out by the British Accreditation Bureau and the registration number is 180722.
The staff at my small import company already knew a bit of Japanese, but I wanted to make sure that they were aware of the many customs and traditions, as well as improving their language skills. Kaori comes to the warehouse every Tuesday, and has always been patient and professional, even though sometimes the guys joke around with her.
