MexFest in London this weekend

MEXFEST!
Four days of everything Mexican here in London – did I mention how excited I am?
Festivities are based around Shoreditch arts venue Rich Mix, but the BFI on Southbank is in on the act too with an outdoor screening of Luis Buñuel’s 1950 classic Los Olvidados on Sunday. The programme relies heavily on cinema, with free outdoor screenings of Mexican movies (and Nacho Libre) scheduled for tomorrow and Saturday at Canary Wharf. To accompany the film screenings, there will be talks with Mexican film makers. You can take all the action in whilst scoffing down a taco or two from Wahaca.
Tonight there is a music event to be held at the V&A with Grupo Mono Blanco – this is free to attend.
