One-to-one General/Business

Czech Course in Cardiff

It doesn't matter if you want to learn Czech for business or pleasure - our customised language courses will help you get where you want to be.

General Czech courses will provide you with enough grammar and vocabulary to allow you to converse with native speakers, and form a strong basis for further learning. A Business course will focus on business protocol in Czech, and later on reading and writing will become more important.

Our Czech courses would not be fixed to a specific curriculum, however. You know the specifics of what you will need from your new language, and all you need do is tell your teacher. Perhaps if you are taking a Business course, you may want to focus more on Czech telephone or email skills, or a specific vocabulary for your line of work. Likewise, a General course can include specific elements that are integral to your needs, for example if you need vocabulary specific to buying property overseas.

We have a wide range of Business course clients for a variety of needs; including people who are off to work for a foreign administration, people working in a corporation with overseas headquarters, and import/export specialists. Our General courses cater for people aiming to purchase overseas property, globetrotters, Czech language and culture devotees, as well as people who need to pass a particular Czech exam.

Info about Cardiff

The capital of Wales has a fast-growing population, and with an increase of around 35,000 people in the last 7 years it is one of the fastest growing cities in northern Europe. Cardiff also has an interesting linguistic background - Welsh, English, Latin and Norse have all held sway at different times throughout history.

Today Cardiff houses around 100 different languages around the city, mainly due to the constant influx of foreign students and the community of Welsh speakers - around 11% of Cardiffians can still converse in Cymraeg; over 600,000 people. Cardiff also has a long-established Muslim population, dating back to the 19th century; making it a great place to pick up Arabic, Urdu, Punjabi and other Middle East and south Asian languages.
