English Course in Hull

If you want to be taught English for academic reasons, business needs or gain a working knowledge of the language for general purposes, our tailormade lessons are guaranteed to be the ideal solution.

Thanks to one of our general English courses you will get a lot more pleasure out of your trip to foreign countries where it is spoken. There are few things more satisfying than being able to communicate well in a second language and this is what the course offers you. The Business courses we provide will give you the ability to cope in a more formal English environment whenever you need to.

What you shouldn't forget is that the lessons will be planned around what you ask for. If you want English email and telephone skills then these will be covered in your personal curriculum regardless of whether you are learning for business purposes or personal ones. A good example of how a General course can be adapted to personal needs might be for a client who intends to buy a property overseas and wants to learn all the words which they can on the subject.

Lots of different types of students choose our Business classes. A good example comes from the range of people who work for multinational firms and need to be able to other languages such as English from time to time. General courses in English suit those hoping to emigrate to foreign shores, people with a view to travel to countries where English is the vernacular tongue, those with a keen interest in English culture and language, and people with foreign spouses.

Info about Hull

Hull, or Kingston upon Hull to give the city its full name, was founded during the 12th century and throughout its history has been an extremely important city for the UK. Nowadays the city is an essential port city, with a population bordering on a quarter of a million.

The city of Hull is sometimes seen as something of an oddity - it's a large, sprawling, industrial city situated right in the middle of a mostly rural area of Yorkshire. While it was recently voted one of the worst places in the UK to live, most Hull natives are proud to be so, emphasising the residents' friendly disposition and working-class mindset.

With its thriving port, Hull attracts plenty of overseas visitors, making it an ideal spot to start learning a foreign language.
