One-to-one General/Business
French Course in Aberdeen
Whether you want French lessons to help you in your general day-to-day life or for business needs, our made-to-order language courses can help you improve quickly and confidently.
While a General French course will provide you with enough linguistic ammunition to allow you to survive a short visit to the country (greetings, basic conversation and a solid grammatical foundation). Business courses are great for those whose career will be moving overseas - you would learn the fundamental protocols for engaging in business in French, and later would start to focus more on the integral skills of reading and writing.
Our French courses would not be fixed to a specific curriculum, however. You know the specifics of what you will need from your new language, and all you need do is tell your teacher. Perhaps if you are taking a Business course, you may want to focus more on French telephone or email skills, or a specific vocabulary for your line of work. Similarly, General courses can delve deeper into certain areas of the language that you know you will need.
We have a wide range of Business course clients for a variety of needs; including people who are off to work for a foreign administration, people working in a corporation with overseas headquarters, and import/export specialists. Our General courses cater for people aiming to purchase overseas property, globetrotters, French language and culture devotees, as well as people who need to pass a particular French exam.

Info about Aberdeen
'The Granite City' may not be the first place that springs to mind when you think of language learning; though visitors to Aberdeen might at first believe many of the locals are speaking in a foreign tongue. The Doric accent (the local dialect of Lowland Scots), is still spoken in Aberdeen, and involves quite a few differences in pronunciation and vocabulary when compared with other Scottish dialects.
Scotland's third largest city attracts university students from all over the UK and beyond, from a wide range of ethnicities and backgrounds; made more appealing by the cracking nightlife, the mixture of traditional and modern venues for social gatherings, and the annual Aberdeen International Youth Festival. There is more than enough variety in Aberdeen to make it a great place to pick up a new language.

Now that I'm a bit older, I have a bit more time on my hands. I started Italian cooking classes, and loved them so much that I thought I would learn a bit of the language. Well, I never thought someone my age could pick it up so quickly, but Patrizia is so patient and helpful. Now I'm even thinking about taking a holiday to Napoli!
