One-to-one General/Business
German Course in Brighton
Whether you're looking to learn a language for personal or business reasons, our tailor-made courses can help you achieve your aims.
General German courses will provide you with enough grammar and vocabulary to allow you to converse with native speakers, and form a strong basis for further learning. Business courses will centre more on formal, business communication, and focus more on reading and writing skills as you advance further.
The possibilities are not limited to these two categories, however. Those taking a Business course will generally also learn German telephone and email skills, as well as learning the basics for surviving short visits to the country. In the same vein, the syllabus for General courses is not set in stone - all you need do is ask your teacher.
We have a wide range of Business course clients for a variety of needs; including people who are off to work for a foreign administration, people working in a corporation with overseas headquarters, and import/export specialists. General courses in German suit those hoping to emigrate to foreign shores, people with a view to travel to countries where German is the vernacular tongue, those with a keen interest in German culture and language, and people with foreign spouses.

Info about Brighton
Sunny Brighton is the most popular seaside resort in the UK, and a real centre for multiculturalism, which is promoted throughout the city. Each summer brings with it many thousands of students from overseas, coming to Brighton to learn English and, if they're lucky, to get a glimpse of British sunshine. Over 8 million tourists also visit Brighton every year.
Brighton's popularity is mainly because the city has so much to offer; thanks to the seafront, the buzzing nightlife, the annual Brighton festival, its proximity to London, the huge array of shops and boutiques, and much more.
The ethnic mix in Brighton is a testament to the easy-going lifestyle throughout the city, and makes it a fantastic place to pick up a new language from scratch - especially for the more popular European tongues like German, French, Spanish and Italian; though there are plenty of other cultures in abundance throughout the city.

Dear Paula, Hope all is fine for you. Above all, I am sorry because I haven't been able to take time enough to give you some feedback regarding the English lessons since I came back from Birmingham. As I said to Clara before going back to Paris, I was very satisfied and enjoyed a lot my English lessons with her. Of course, 4-hour lessons are obviously intensive, however I didn't see the time passing because it was very interesting for me and diversified. I think I had the opportunity to extend my vocabulary during my stay and to learn and improve some grammar (particularly : present perfect and present perfect continuous). Moreover, the lessons were in total coherence regarding the program of my lessons here in France and the objectives of my stay here in Birmingham. Clara helped me a lot and was very involved in allowing me to get the best out of this experience. I really hope this experience will be a first step in improving my english. I am at your disposal for any further details.
