Portuguese Course in Leeds
Whether you're looking to learn a language for personal or business reasons, our tailor-made courses can help you achieve your aims.
While a General Portuguese course will provide you with enough linguistic ammunition to allow you to survive a short visit to the country (greetings, basic conversation and a solid grammatical foundation). You will learn the all important business etiquette as part of our Business Portuguese courses. This is essential to avoid making costly or embarrassing mistakes on work trips abroad.
If you want to include some less formal elements in a Business Portuguese course then you can do this too. Whatever you need to learn is what the course will be based on. A General course can also be adapted to let you learn what is of most importance to you.
There are many reasons for choosing one of our Business courses. You might work in import-export, for example, or be sizing up the possibility of going abroad to further your career. General courses are not simply for those who need to reach a certain level of Portuguese for an exam - they are perfect for those wishing to pack up and move abroad, those marrying a Portuguese national, as well as those travelling to the country for any other reason.
You have the option to participate in a free language consultation before your course begins. This short consultation, usually over the phone, will reveal the work situations you will find yourself in and the terminology you will need to know in order for us to better design your course. This information, in addition to details regarding your preferred methods of learning, will be used to understand your specific requirements, work demands, and the language goals you wish to achieve from your course.
