For Work: Perhaps you are considering entering the dynamic world of international business. If so, you really should consider enrolling in Italian courses in Birmingham. Even with Brexit, trade is still thriving and Britons just can't seem to get enough of Italian products, whether food, fashion or cars. And if you are in the real estate industry, you should attend a networking event, organised by the Italian Chamber of Commerce, called a Place in the Sun Live. It takes place annually in the NEC Birmingham on North Ave, and it is the perfect place to meet potential clients interested in purchasing properties in Italy for leisure, holidays, retirement, relocation or investment.

Or do you work in the UK's tourism and hospitality industry and would like to make Italian guests feel more at home by greeting them in their native language? Both Italy and the UK have long and fascinating histories, with many ancient and historic landmarks throughout their respective territories. On average, 1.9 million Italian tourists visit the UK each year and 3.3 million British people visit the heart of the ancient Roman Empire. Why not learn the language and speak with Italians, whether you decide to travel to Italy or welcome Italian visitors to the UK? Either way, knowing both languages will enhance your experience.

Learn how to order your favourite food like a pro or have a chat with one of the Italian locals. Join in the festivities of the Feast of Saint Mark Italian Festival at Saint Mark’s Basilica and enjoy the authentic atmosphere of Italy in the heart of The Midlands of England. And if you love art, you will be happy to know that the Birmingham Museum of Art has a section dedicated to Italian works.
