Born and raised in Namibia, and currently based in Birmingham, Albertus is a native Afrikaans language instructor who holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Namibia, Windhoek. He has experience teaching both in-person classes as well as online classes and likes to create his own resources to further supplement student learning.

With extensive experience, she has taught students across various ages, cultures, and nationalities. Marlette emphasizes a safe learning environment through encouragement and creativity while integrating innovative teaching methods to enhance interview prep, conversational fluency, and language skills.
