Originally from Serbia, Nella is a qualified and experienced multilingual Serbian trainer based in Warrington. She holds both TEFL and TESOL certificates and earned a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Novi Sad, Faculty of Philosophy, Serbia. Nella enjoys positively influencing and educating students, recognising that patience, understanding, compassion, and sensitivity are essential to teaching.

Sanela is a highly motivated, skilled Serbian language trainer with a Bachelor’s in English Language and Literature and a Master’s in ESL from the University of Sarajevo. Experienced in teaching Croatian, Bosnian, Serbian and English, she also holds a CELTA from the British Council, and is a certified Cambridge PET examiner.
