She holds both TEFL and TESOL certificates and earned a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Novi Sad, Faculty of Philosophy, Serbia. Nella enjoys positively influencing and educating students, recognising that patience, understanding, compassion, and sensitivity are essential to teaching.

Sanela is a dedicated and proficient Serbian instructor with a Bachelor’s in English Language and Literature and a Master’s in ESL from the University of Sarajevo. She has extensive experience teaching Croatian, Bosnian, Serbian, and English to students from all around the globe, holds a CELTA certification from the British Council, and is a certified Cambridge PET examiner.
